Cauliflower is very popular with my boys, both pickled and with mayonnaise, this time I prepared it with bread.
- a sea cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml. mineral water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 100 gr. White flour
- 200 ml. oil
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cauliflower bread:
Wash the cauliflower, unwrap in bunches and boil in salted water.
Break the eggs, add mineral water and beat the composition vigorously.
Add flour, salt and pepper, stirring to blend the composition.
Strain the cauliflower.
Heat the oil, pass the cauliflower bunches through the above composition and fry them in the hot oil, turning it to fry on all sides.
When it is nicely browned, take it out on an absorbent napkin.
