I made the recipe for spicy sweet wings recently because I had them in the fridge and I didn't know how to cook them anymore. I usually do hot wings, but I don't want to always fry them in an oil bath. I really like the wings and they are also tasty and cheap. I came across an Asian recipe that I liked and I said I would try it. I modified it, of course, but I kept its essence. This wing recipe is an Asian one and it uses fish sauce, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
But don't be afraid of these ingredients from the recipe for spicy sweet wings. They are easily found in any supermarket in the Chinese products department. The fish sauce does not taste like fish because it is fermented, but it has a slightly smoky aroma, but it is very salty and because of this we do not have to add salt to the preparation. The sweet chilli sauce is slightly spicy and sweet and can be in the composition hot pepper flakes or garlic flakes. Soy sauce needs no introduction. It is made from fermented soybeans for a long time.
We divide the wings into three if you buy them whole, you can boil the tops and use the soup for another dish like cream soup or pilaf.
Wash them well and wipe them with a dry paper towel.
We put them in a bowl and season them with the spices mentioned above (the quantities are approximate). Of course, depending on the tastes, you can add curry, a little soy sauce, turmeric, chilli flakes.
We mix them well so that they are seasoned on all sides.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
We put the wings next to each other on a tray in which we put baking paper and bake them without turning them for 40 minutes.
Put the sauce (about 300 ml) in a bowl. I used as I said a sweet chilli sauce, that's what kids like, but you can use any red sauce you like.
We take each wing and pass it through the sauce and then put it back in the tray. Use a tool like the one in the picture, because the wings are very hot.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for another 4 minutes.
Serve the hot wings with french fries and extra sauce.

Clean the wings and talk, cut off the tips, then wash and boil with 4 liters of water with a teaspoon of salt.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables, cleaning them and washing them well. We cut the onion into 4, the carrot, celery, parsnip and parsley are cut into small cubes (or in a robot, chopped), the potatoes are cleaned and washed, they are cut into cubes, the garlic is thinly sliced, the washed greens are cut into small pieces.
After the first boiling of the wings, froth well and add the chopped vegetables, sliced garlic and diced potatoes. Bring to the boil until the potatoes are soft, then salt to taste, add the paprika and pepper if desired, if not, each on a plate. Add the corrugated noodles, let it boil for 5 minutes from the first boil and then turn off the heat and sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
