Pumpkin, eggplant and cottage cheese rolls

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them in salted water. When they are almost cooked, remove from the heat and drain.

Cut the kaizer into thin strips, as well as the bell pepper. Put the kaizer in a pan with the 3 lg oil, let it brown, then add the bell pepper. Remove from the pan on a plate, draining well of oil.

Wash the zucchini and eggplant well, wipe with a paper towel, then cut lengthwise into thin slices of about 3 mm. Fry on both sides in the oil in which the kaizer was previously hardened, leave it for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until it softens a little. If necessary, add a little more oil along the way.

The case is cut into equal pieces in the form of thicker sticks.

Take a slice of pumpkin, season with salt and pepper, take a slice of eggplant, season the same and place one on top of the other. Place the house and roll the pumpkin with eggplant after it. Push with a toothpick so that it does not fall apart and do the same with the other pieces. I had 6 pieces of rolls.

Mix the potatoes together with the kaizer and pepper, pour into a yena bowl greased with oil, season with salt, pepper and Italian greens, place the rolls on top and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Take them out on a plate, shave a little goat's or cheese cheese on top and serve as such, or as a side dish with a steak, which you want.

Wash and wipe the pumpkins well, then cut the ends and slice them lengthwise, in thin strips which are then baked a little on both sides, for a few seconds, on a Teflon grill, greased with a drop of oil.

The role of cheese is to bind sauteed vegetables and to give consistency to the preparation. Bake for about 15 minutes, then remove the toothpicks and place on a plate decorated with hot peppers and hot oregano or thyme. It can be consumed as a cold appetizer, they are delicious.
