Pizza Margherita

Mix all the ingredients for the countertop and leave to rise for 1 hour.

Pour over the floured work table and spread a rectangular sheet and place in a pan greased with oil and lined with flour.

Leave it in a warm place for another 20 minutes.

In the meantime, the topping is being prepared:

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into rounds.

Grease the dough with olive oil, put a layer of tomatoes, season with salt and red pepper.
