Dessert cakes with cold leavened dough, filled with chocolate and shit

Sift 500 g of flour into a large bowl.

The yeast is crushed and mixed with about half of the warm milk until it dissolves. Pour over the flour. Add eggs, salt (put over flour, away from yeast) and vanilla essence. Start kneading, adding the rest of the milk and flour as it contains. Incorporate the butter. If the dough is still sticky, add oil and knead until it comes off the hands and the bowl, forming a large ball. Cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. It can be left in the fridge for 24 hours. I left him overnight.

Then, break the chocolate, put it in a saucepan, add two tablespoons of water over it and melt.

Mix the sugar, cocoa and butter until they become like a cream. Pour the chocolate over them and mix well.

The shit is cut into cubes.

Take the dough out of the fridge and spread it on the floured work table. It is divided into two. Grease one part with half of the chocolate cream and add shit from place to place. Roll and transfer carefully to a pan greased with oil and lined with baking paper.

Do the same with the other half of the dough.

Turn on the oven to warm up, and cover the cakes with a foil, then with a towel. Let it grow a little, grease it with the yolks mixed with the milk and sprinkle sugar on them.

Place the trays in the oven until the cozonacs are nicely browned.


TASTES.

I had stronger chicken meat - it wasn't old, but the chicken is not as tender as chicken. That's why I boiled it and put it in the oven.

The meat is first soaked in the cold, with oil and spices, for a few hours, to be tender.

Boil the meat stewed in a little water, along with a little vegetable soup and onion. Add salt.

After it has half boiled, we take it out in a strainer. Strain the soup and add the rice and whole peppercorns. Adjust the amount of liquid twice as much as the rice and let it simmer until the juice drops. Mix the fresh green parsley in the rice and let it sit aside with the lid on, to continue to swell - until the meat is ready.

Grease it with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, cut it to put in it a few cloves of garlic and put it in the oven until it browns.
