Guacamole

Although I really like avocados, I have never tried to make Guacamole - a Mexican pasta made with this wonderful fruit. it's just delicious !!

  • 2 avocados (well baked)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 lemon or 1 lime
  • fresh coriander
  • 1 well cooked tomato
  • salt pepper
  • chilli rosu

Guacamole RECIPE PREPARATION:


  • Undo the avocado in half and remove the seeds and remove the core with a spoon. You must use well-baked avocado. If, when you buy it, it is very hard, leave it for a few days at room temperature.
