Mix the meat with the chopped onion, the crushed garlic with salt and the bell pepper on a fine grater.

Recipe of beef burger Homemade is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy this dish without ordering it in a restaurant or, worse, in a fast food. Mine are big fans of burgers of all kinds, so I often make salmon, chicken or beef burgers. I always get out of the deadlock, especially when I don't know what to cook anymore. When I have time, I do buns for burgers because they are much better than the ones in the trade and I know exactly what I put in them. I admit that I don't always do that, but whenever I can, I don't miss the opportunity to have hot and delicious buns for burgers and more.

A beef burger is easy to make, though it doesn't look like it. The most important thing is to have good quality fresh meat and to prepare everything you need in advance. For the meat, I chose to use minced beef. Sometimes, if the pulp is too lean, I add a little beef for extra fat. Ideally, we should have 80-85% lean dog and 15-20% fat. A fat-free beef will dry out a lot during cooking, and burgers won't be as tasty. Of course you can mix beef with mutton, for example, if you like. I prefer to put only beef.

Equally important is the way we cook each beef burger. Ideally, we should use the charcoal grill for a perfect taste. In its absence we can also use a grill pan that is very, very well heated. After putting the burgers in the pan, do not stir them for at least 2 minutes. In this way a crispy crust will form on the surface that will keep the juices of the meat inside. The burgers will be juicy and tasty. Do not overcook the burgers, treat them like steak. It should be lightly cooked in blood or medium-rare. If you cook them too much, they will dry out and we don't want that.

In addition to meat, you can put anything you want in this beef burger. I went for the classic version and put green salad, tomatoes, pickles and onions. As sauces I used ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. You can also add garlic sauce or spicy sauce if you prefer. Over each meatball you can put a slice of cheddar cheese or any cheese that melts nicely. This way you will get cheeseburger. In addition, you can add anything else you want, bacon, avocado, moldy cheese, onion jam. If you are also a burger lover, I invite you to try my recipe for salmon burger. And delicious!
