A sweet easy to make and delicious :)

  • 125 g gray
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 eggs husband
  • 600 ml milk
  • jam for serving

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


In a saucepan, boil the milk with a pinch of salt. When it starts to boil, add the semolina in the rain, stirring constantly with a whisk. Allow the semolina to simmer until it thickens. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and butter and mix vigorously until melted. Add eggs one at a time and mix well until they are perfectly incorporated.

Line a yena bowl with butter and pour the semolina mixture. It is then placed in the preheated oven until golden on top and is well coagulated.

Leave to cool and serve with your favorite jam.
