Vegetables au gratin

Boil the potatoes in their skins. After they have cooled, clean them and cut them into slices.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half. It is boiled for 8 hours.

Broccoli is unwrapped and boiled in salted water.

Grease the Pyroflam tray with a little oil and arrange the potato slices. On top arrange the broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms.

Beat the 4 eggs with a fork and mix with the sour cream. Pour over the mixture in the pan.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until the egg is set.
