Baked chicken meatballs

Boil the potato, then puree. Put the carrots and onions on a fine grater, drain well. Mix all the ingredients, salt and season, then leave for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Form the meatballs (I made them a little bigger because they are still in the oven), put them in the tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for approx. 40 min (half time they return to the other side).


  • 1 kg skinless chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g pesmet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch green parsley

Wash the chicken breast well and pass it through the mincer. Finely chop the onion, garlic, green parsley and add them over the minced meat. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and turmeric over the minced meat.

Mix the composition well and add breadcrumbs until you get a homogeneous composition. Form the meatballs and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Put the meatballs in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take the meatballs out of the oven and serve them with a mashed potato or a light salad.

Method of preparation
