Put in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, grated chocolate and cocoa. Mix everything well.
Separately in another bowl mix eggs with oil then add milk and mix.
Add the liquid ingredients to the solid ones and mix everything very well.
Wallpaper the oven tray with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the composition and put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate together with the whipped cream.
When the cake is ready, let it cool a bit and pour the mixture of chocolate and whipped cream over the entire surface.
