I tasted this recipe at my mother-in-law's, and I really liked it and since then I have it on my kitchen list. She is a very good cook, especially when it comes to meat recipes. Those who know her know why. Anyway, I definitely recommend it as a good recipe.

Ingredient:

  • 1 onion
  • 3 suitable carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 6 potatoes suitable in size
  • smoked ribs
  • broth / tomatoes
  • spices (salt, pepper, vegeta, paprika, coriander, oregano, bay leaves)
  • parsley and larch leaves

Method of preparation:

Cut the ribs into suitable pieces, fry a little in oil, then fry the vegetables: onion, carrot, pepper, finely chopped over low heat.

When they have hardened, add water, let them boil until the carrots are half cooked, then put the diced potatoes or slices as you like. I like cubes, I find it more aesthetic. Along with the potatoes, you can add the spices. When the potatoes are penetrated, add the broth.
