Cocoa check

Cocoa check

-eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar mix until white and foam well

-we add milk and oil in a thin thread, continuously mixing

-quench with a little vinegar or lemon juice the baking soda and add it to the composition

-sieve the baking powder together with the flour

-add to the above composition

-take 1.2 of the composition and add cocoa

-in the remaining one add the vanilla essence

- we pour the white composition in the desired shape, after which we pour the cocoa composition on its center

- put in the oven at medium temperature until it passes the toothpick test.

- Take out on a grill, let it cool, dust with sugar and serve.
