Potroace soup - Multicooker

The second recipe prepared for the wonderful Multicooker is a potroace soup. I hope you enjoy!

  • chicken (wings, breast)
  • pipettes and chicken hearts
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 celery
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1/2 donut or bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • 4 yolks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 500 ml borscht
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh larch

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken Soup - Multicooker:

Put the oil and finely chopped onion in the bowl of the appliance and select the STEW program. Stir occasionally, then, after 20 minutes, add the washed meat and the washed rice and pour water. Select the BOIL program and simmer for 40 minutes. Add the rest of the chopped vegetables and continue to boil.

When there are 10 minutes left, add the hot borscht, the yolks rubbed with cream and milk (mixed with a little juice from the soup to reach the same temperature and not look like a cut), salt and pepper. When the time has expired, add the finely chopped larch.

Serve with onions or hot peppers.
