This tabbouleh salad is wonderful. It is made from simple ingredients at hand, the only ingredient that can be a little harder to find is bulgur. Bulgur is a mixture of different types of wheat, especially durum wheat and is ground large. For this recipe you need fine bulgur, as it is in the clip. If you can't find lumps, you can use couscous without any problems. Simply mix one measure of couscous with the same amount of hot water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
