Beef salad with avocado mayonnaise
Ingredients for mayonnaise
- 2 large and well-ripened avocados
- 3 yolks

Method of preparation

For the mayonnaise, remove the avocado core with a teaspoon, put it in a blender, together with the hard-boiled egg yolks, mustard, oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. It's ready in two minutes.
Add mayonnaise over the salad and that's it.
This beef salad is a fasting food that can be served as an appetizer.
