Assorted salad

A good and healthy garnish!

  • 250 g red cabbage
  • 50 g green salad
  • oil, vinegar
  • salt pepper

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


We cut the red cabbage into juliennes. In a bowl we put the washed green salad and broken into pieces by hand, over this we add the red cabbage, a drop of oil and a drop of vinegar. We mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
