These days I was talking on Fb with Radu Popovici about the paprika that is found in Romania, unfortunately it is not of quality and he said that it is better to try the Hungarian or Indian one. As I have the best quality paprika under my nose, I have never had a problem like this. It seemed to me that the color of my paprika was too beautiful and it also tastes good. I recently received some Spanish peppers and it is a very beautiful color.
So as we were still talking about paprika, I felt like a paprikas, I took out the miracle pot or kukta as we call it and I made a quick paprikas!
4 chicken legs or a whole chicken
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
6 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
Peel the chicken legs and brown a little oil.

The recipe below, a simple and unadulterated pork paprika with pork, has no claim to follow the line drawn by the Hungarian shepherds and their cauldrons, which have been busy over time with the harmonization of meat with dried peppers. .
