Fruit nectar

So, I had to test the award from Philips and Bucătăras.ro. So Lucretiu, it turned out to be a great help, it took me longer to laugh at the citrus fruits, it was a shame to lose their fragrant peel;)

  • apricots 6 pieces,
  • golden apples 2 pieces,
  • oranges 2 pieces,
  • lemon 1 piece.

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Nectar from fruit mix:

Wash the fruit with plenty of cold water. Peel a squash, grate it and peel the white skin. The apricots are broken in two and the seeds are removed (the seeds are kept, their millet will be used for the apricot jam!). Apples are only cut in four, there is no need to peel or remove the seeds. The fruits are passed through the Philips fruit and vegetable juicer. You get approx. 1000 ml fruit nectar. The juicier they are, the more nectar will be obtained.

PEACH AND CORCORDUS NECTAR, with HONEY

The nectars are delicious drinks which we enjoy the most in the summer season, when we have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of fresh fruits.

Peaches, apricots, plums, corcodus, strawberries, bananas, including melons (yellow or green) are best suited for nectar recipes, thanks to their creamy consistency.

Corcoduse peach nectar

I chose a method of preparation that does not affect the nutritional value of the fruit, nor the natural taste. The nectar is not boiled, nor is it sweetened with refined sugar. The fresh fruit is simply sifted and then mixed with a little honey.

So everything is as good as possible natural, healthy and nutritious. The nectar obtained is served immediately, it cannot be stored or preserved for longer.

Peach and crocodile nectar - recipe

The combination of fruits in this recipe is only suggestive. You can choose different fruits, depending on taste and possibility.

• 2-3 peaches
• 3-4 crocodiles
• ½ banana
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 100 ml of water

The fruits must be ripe well, to give sweetness to the nectar and at the same time a creamy texture.

Wash the peaches and corcodus well, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Peel a banana and grate it. Pass everything, either with a manual blender or mix in a blender / food processor with S blade.

The nectar resulting from the passage / mixing is poured into a glass and honey is added. Mix well and then add a little water, stirring constantly until fully incorporated.

Adjust the consistency of the nectar to taste, adding more or less water.

The obtained nectar is served immediately, or left to cool for a few minutes. It is recommended to drink as soon as possible, so as not to oxidize.

Fruit muffins

Greetings, dear readers of this blog! Today I will write about muffins and I will stop at dried fruit muffins, because as we all know the category of muffins includes both salty (appetizers - with various vegetables with or without cheese or cheese) and sweet muffins (simple or with additives) and I will start by showing you a fruit muffin garnished with Anastasia with a banana cream.

And because we are preparing for the holidays, I will write you a recipe for muffins with dried fruits and here, at will we can use our favorite fruits or for the joy of everyone in the house, we will take into account the preferences of each family member.

The muffins can be prepared with egg and milk in the traditional or fasting version - without the addition of egg and milk of animal origin, but with almond milk, such as: Fasting muffins with tomatoes and basil, fasting muffins with carobs, dates and agave syrup, fasting muffins with coconut, etc.

Here in the image below we have muffins with brown raisins, but you can also use golden raisins, exotic fruits, cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, oranges, apples with cinnamon or pieces of apricot, sour cherry, chocolate powder of locusts with nuts or cocoa with almonds.

Ingredients for fruit muffin recipe

250 g of freshly sifted flour,

50 ml of almond oil (sunflower or olive seed oil may also be used),

4 - 5 packets of vanilla sugar,

grated peel of half an orange or lemon,

50 g of dried or fresh fruit (ground walnuts or pieces of apricot, blueberry, cranberry, raisin or other fruit as desired),

Way on preparation for fruit muffins

In a bowl, rub the vanilla sugar with the eggs well and gradually add the amount of almond or sunflower oil. Continue mixing during the gradual addition of the already mentioned amount of flour and lemon or orange peel. Then put the baking powder in a cup with a little lemon juice, and after dissolving the baking powder in the squeezed juice of half a lemon, add over the ingredients already put to obtain the composition of fruit muffins. The next operation will be the addition of ground walnuts or selected fruits to have some very beautiful and appetizing fruit muffins. Grease the forms prepared for baking fruit muffins with a little oil and start pouring the composition of fruit muffins and make sure that the filling is done up to half of the muffin tins, so that the fruit muffin dough grows nicely. .

Bake for about 15-20 minutes on the right heat and after removing from the oven, leave to cool and can be served as such or with berry tea or fruit nectar.

We wish you good health and much success in preparing for the holidays!
