Baked vegetables

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. We marinate it in the mixture prepared from oil, wine and the rest of the spices for approx. 3-4 hours. Place it in the pan together with the mixture in which it was marinated and bake in the oven for an hour, at 180 degrees. Then place the cleaned, diced, seasoned vegetables next to the chicken and bake for another hour.
