Homemade bread is the best bread and healthiest bread so I do not hesitate to make homemade bread whenever I have the opportunity. Yesterday I made a bread with olives that I had seen on the internet and that I really liked.
- 500 gr white flour
- 24 gr fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- approx. 400 gr hot water
- 8-10 finely chopped olives
- a pinch of salt
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Olive bread (video recipe):
Put the flour in a bowl or on the work surface, make a hole in the middle and add the crushed yeast between your fingers, the honey then pour the water little by little until you get a homogeneous and suitable dough. Knead the dough well for 8-10 minutes then add the olives and knead for another 5 minutes. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Then knead the bread a little more to remove the air formed in the dough, then give it the desired shape, put it in a tray and let it rise for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle bread with flour and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until well browned on top. Serve hot or cold, as desired.
