Accordion potatoes

We clean and wash the potatoes, we cut them only in half of the potato (see the model with the two wooden spoons), we don't cut them all the way down. Salt, pepper the potatoes, lightly open the potatoes, then sprinkle with rosemary, thyme and oil. We place them in a tray lined with baking paper, baking time 50-60 minutes.

We can serve the accordion potatoes with small, mustard and pickles.
