Melt the butter, then add the tomato juice, honey and spices. Boil the sauce until it thickens a little.

In this sauce we put the cleaned and washed wings and we keep them for about 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile we put a pan with boiling water, about 2 liters of water. When the water starts to boil cover with a lid placed with the bottom up. On this lid place the chicken wings and put the pan so prepared in the oven is hot, over medium heat, until well browned on both sides.

I served it with a delicious potato puree, like at my mother's house. :)

Baked vegetable wings

In a heat-resistant dish greased with olive oil, arrange the wings in a single layer.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
