Leaf cake and apple filling

I mixed the yolks with the sugar until it melts.

I then added the warm milk in which I extinguished the baking powder and oil.

I added salt and vanilla and then gradually incorporated the flour.

We need to get a non-sticky dough but firm enough to be able to spread the sheets.

I put the dough in the fridge while I cleaned and grated the apples.

I divided the dough into four parts for the 4 sheets.

I used a 38x25 cm tray, the sheets came out a bit thin, but I say it was enough.

You can also use a smaller tray if you can't spread the dough on such a large tray.

I baked the sheets on the bottom of the tray, on which I put a baking paper.

I baked each sheet at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

I let the sheets cool over each other but with the baking paper between them.

While they cooled, I prepared the filling.

I caramelized the sugar, when it became copper, I added the butter and mixed it until it melted.

I put the apples over the caramel and left until they had only a little syrup.

I added a tablespoon of semolina and left until it absorbed all the remaining syrup.

I put vanilla and cinnamon.

I let the apple cream cool, then split it in three and filled the sheets.

I put food foil over the sheets and left them in the fridge overnight.

The sheets softened very well.

I powdered with sugar.

1 cup blueberries (or pomegranates)
1 apple

2 apples, thinly sliced
1 cup pecan nuts
3 seedless dates
4 drops of orange essence

3 steps to prepare apple-free cake:

1. To prepare the crust, put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix well until they are mixed and you get a sticky composition. Put extra virgin olive oil in a pan, pour the crust composition into it and stir until the base is well leveled.

2. To make the filling, put the apple in the food processor, without the spine, and pass it well, until it is finely chopped. Combine the apples with the blueberries or pomegranates in a large bowl and make a puree with a fork. Add the chia seeds, vanilla essence and cinnamon and mix well. Fill the previously prepared dough with the filling, using a spatula to smooth the surface.

3. Finally, for topping, use the food processor or a knife to slice the apples very thin. Place a layer of sliced ​​apples on top of the filling, in a circular pattern, so that they overlap. In the food processor combine the pecans, dates and orange extract and mix well. Sprinkle this composition over the apple slices. Leave in the fridge for a few hours and serve.

Method of preparation

Half of the dough is placed on the bottom of the form and pressed well. The rest of the dough and the form with the dough are put in the fridge.

For the filling, cut the pumpkin core into pieces, then into small, thin slices. The apples are cut into four, then also into thin slices. Mix all the ingredients and arrange on the dough. Cover with the rest of the dough.

Place in the oven at the bottom and bake for about 50-55 minutes. Allow to cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

We present you the recipe for a fire cake apple, designed by Ligia Pop. It is a much healthier and more natural option for desserts that are prepared with flour, sugar, eggs and dairy products. It is so simple that you will definitely prepare it several times.

Apple cake without fire - recipe

• 2 sweet yellow apples
• 5 tablespoons of ground sunflower seeds
• 50 g of golden raisins

• 1 knife tip of ground cloves
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon

You must first prepare the countertop. Put the raisins in a smaller robot. Add ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder and an unpeeled apple, cut into quarters or smaller cubes. In the same blender, put the other apple. Add the remaining cinnamon and ground clove powder, and 1 tablespoon of ground sunflower kernels so that the filling is not too juicy and flowing.

Mix until the apple is crushed and a homogeneous paste results. Depending on your preference, you can chop the apple finer or coarser. Transfer the pasta to another bowl. You can also add a little walnut to this filling.
