Add chopped walnuts. Put this composition over the caramelized sugar with margarine and leave. continue on the fire until it thickens well. The warm cream is spread over the cooled counter and glazed with white chocolate.

Leave to cool, then glaze with dark chocolate or milk. (Melt on a steam bath)

Beat 6 egg whites with 200g sugar, add 100g walnuts or ground hazelnuts (I made only hazelnuts), then 4 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons semolina and 1 baking powder. Place the top in the tray lined with baking paper and bake at the right heat (350 degrees 20 min).

Cream: caramelize 8 tablespoons of sugar then add 200g butter (margarine), then 6 yolks previously rubbed with 5 tablespoons of sugar and 100g ground walnuts. After placing the composition over the caramelized sugar and margarine, boil for another 10-15 minutes on low heat until it thickens.
Separately melt 200g of white chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil (you can remove the oil if you use special chocolate for icing).
Melt another 200g of dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Assembly:
Spread the white chocolate over the counter and leave it until it hardens, then the cream and after it hardens, add the dark chocolate. Chocolate glazes are prepared before use.

It is a cake that I really like and that I prepare quite often.

  • 6 egg whites
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 100 gr. ground walnut
  • 4 lg. flour
  • 2 lg. semolina
  • 1 packet of baking powder.
  • 8 + 5 lg. sugar
  • 200 gr. butter
  • 6 yolks
  • 100 gr. ground walnut
  • rum essence (optional).
  • 200 gr. White chocolate
  • 100 gr. milk chocolate
  • 2 lg. oil.

then add the sugar and continue beating until the meringue is sticky.

Add the ground walnuts and mix gently,

then add the flour, semolina and baking powder (I always sift the flour and baking powder) and mix.

The composition is placed in the tray (36 x 24 cm.) Lined with baking paper

and bake at 180 & # 8304C for approx. 20 min. (the toothpick is tested).

After the countertop has cooled, melt the white chocolate (I kept 40 gr. For decoration) on a steam bath with a lg. of oil and spread over the countertop.

After the chocolate has hardened, make the cream: rub the yolks with 5 lbs. of sugar and ground walnuts.

Put the remaining 8 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan on the fire

and caramelize until it acquires a beautiful golden color (be careful not to burn it because it will have a bitter taste).

In the caramelized sugar add the butter at room temperature, cut into cubes (little by little and stir continuously, otherwise the sugar will harden and take a long time to melt again),

remove from the heat and add the yolk composition (stirring constantly),

then put it back on the fire and stir until it thickens.

After removing from the heat, pour the cream over the cake (the white chocolate must be hardened, otherwise it will mix with the cream)

After the cream has hardened, the milk chocolate melts on a steam bath with 1 lg. oil and spread over the cake. I also melted the 40 gr. white chocolate and I drew stripes over the milk chocolate icing, then with a toothpick I made the following pattern:

Leave it at room temperature until the icing hardens and then put it in the fridge (if it is cooled before the chocolate hardens, it loses its luster).
Portion and enjoy!


Meringue cake

It was:
Beat 9 egg whites with 450 gr of sugar. When they are beaten, put 450 gr of roasted and finely chopped walnuts. Two sheets are made from this composition. Bake separately, the tray is greased and lined with paper.

Cream:
9 egg yolks, 400 g sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 9 tablespoons of water boil on steam until thickened. After cooling, mix with 400 g of margarine.

For decoration I used 200 gr of melted household chocolate with 5 tablespoons of oil on a steam bath.

How do we prepare the Snickers cake recipe?

For the countertop I beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt. I added the sugar little by little, mixing very well until I obtained a glossy meringue.

Flour, cocoa, walnuts (which I fried a little to intensify the flavor) and baking powder, I mixed them in a bowl and then I added them over the meringue. I mixed lightly with wide movements, by overturning, from bottom to top, with a spatula.

After homogenization I put the composition in the tray lined with baking paper and I put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until it passes the toothpick test.
I let the countertop cool and then I put white cream on it, which I obtained by melting white chocolate in whipped cream, in a bain marie.
I put the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Caramel cream

I caramelized the sugar over low heat until I got an amber color. I added a cube of butter and mixed well after each one. I then added sour cream and salt powder. After homogenization, I added the slightly crushed peanuts.
I put them back in the fridge, in the meantime I also prepared the chocolate icing: at the bain marie, I melted the chocolate and the butter in the cream for the whipped cream.

I put the icing over the cake and left it in the fridge for 3 hours (best overnight).
I carefully removed the detachable ring around the cake and cut it into rectangular shapes, using a knife with a blade heated in hot water.
I decorated it with sugar paste flowers.
