Chicken balls with rice and mozzarella

We clean and wash the onion, garlic and parsley and chop them finely.

In a bowl, put the minced meat and vegetables, salt and an egg and mix well.

Boil the peas for 5 minutes until they soften slightly, but not too much.

Add the peas to the meat mixture and 2 tablespoons of white breadcrumbs and mix. Season with salt and oregano.

Boil the rice and drain it, add salt and paprika and dry. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and start assembling.

Using a spoon, take the rice composition and form a ball in which we stick a piece of mozzarella. Then we come with a layer of meat with peas and roll through the spiced breadcrumbs.

In a tray, put a baking sheet and carefully place the balls. Bake for about an hour.

Serve hot with tomatoes.
