We take the pork muscle and cut it lengthwise and we will flatten it well. We can put a plastic wrap, on top we place the bacon slices and on it we place the well-flattened pork muscle. Salt and pepper well. Chop the mushrooms and onions and sauté them in butter and add a little white wine, then let them cool.

Over the pork muscle we add the slices of melted cheese, over the mushrooms, over the ham and lastly the slices of strawberries. Roll well and wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 10 minutes.

For Potatoes:

During this time we clean the potatoes and then cut them into cubes. In a pot we boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt, we try to see if they are cooked, we take them out and let them cool a little.

Pass the potatoes through a special puree machine, add salt to taste, butter, pepper. Add a whole egg, a yolk and grated Parmesan cheese.

In order for the potatoes to come out fluffier, we beat the other egg white hard foam and with it we will wallpaper (grease) the small slices of potatoes that we will put in the oven.

Put baking paper in the stove tray. Put the composition in a posh with dui with a wider mouth and sprinkle, grease with beaten egg white. Put in the oven and keep until lightly browned on top, be careful not to burn, leave the right heat.

After 10 minutes, take the roll out of the fridge and put it in the oven. To start, we put a pan with a little oil and we will pull our roll for a few minutes, after which we will transfer it to a tray for the oven. We will make a bed of vegetables (what you want) cut into slices and we will add our roll on top, add a little more oil and vegetable soup and leave in the oven for 30 minutes, but it's up to me to try before taking it out of the oven.

For the vegetable garnish, we will clean the carrots and celery, wash them and cut them into cubes. Boil in separate pots with a pinch of salt. After they are cooked, take them out and fry them in butter, add lemon juice, tarragon, salt and pepper.

Berries Dressing:

We take a box of berries and strawberries, wash them and cut them into smaller pieces, put in a pan, butter and a little oil and add the fruits, add the brown sugar and wine and let it boil. Season and taste. After it is ready, it will be well blended and strained, this dressing will accompany our preparation.

Meringue roll with passion fruit and strawberries

I was telling you, when I presented the recipe for pink Tiramisu & # 8211 with agave and strawberry syrup, as I had been thinking about a meringue roll for a long time. And as I had some egg whites in the freezer again, well kept from Easter cakes, I fulfilled my craving with a combination of & # 8220mortal & # 8221: mascarpone with passion fruit and strawberries. Originally from Brazil, Paraguay and northern Argentina, the passion fruit or passion fruit intoxicates you with its aroma and is rich in vitamins A and C, iron, potassium and fiber. Consumed especially raw, as such or in the form of juice, this exotic fruit can also be made into jam or jelly.

Returning to the meringue roll, it is not very difficult to prepare, especially if you take care to remove the egg whites from the fridge in time. Tips for getting a perfect meringue can be found HERE. A headache can only give you the episode of rolling, when the layer of meringue must be detached from the baking paper and rolled evenly. But your efforts will be rewarded by the appreciation of those who will taste the & # 8220minunea & # 8221 fragrant :).

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Spray a stove tray with oil and line it with baking paper (the oil will help it stick to the tray). Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until an aerated foam begins to form. Gradually incorporate 120 grams of caster sugar and cornstarch. You will get, at the end, a sticky, dense and shiny foam. Put it in the tray and spread it in an even layer. Put in the oven and leave for 15-20 minutes, until it hardens on the surface and acquires a little color. In a tall bowl, start whipping the whipped cream (be careful, it must be very cold). When the whipped cream is almost ready, add the remaining 50 grams of caster sugar. Put the mascarpone in a bowl, mix it for a few seconds with half the amount of powdered sugar, then add the whipped cream. Homogenize.

Cut the passion fruit in half and, with the help of a teaspoon, remove the core (along with the large seeds). Put it over the mixture of mascarpone and whipped cream. Add the strawberries, peeled, washed, wiped and cut into pieces. Stir gently to blend.

Once removed from the oven & the sheet of meringue, let it cool completely. On a large bottom or in another tray, spread a baking paper larger than the meringue sheet. Powder it with the remaining powdered sugar. Take the meringue from the tray, holding the edges of the baking paper, and turn it practically face down over the powdered sugar.

Carefully peel off the baking paper. Distribute mascarpone cream with fruit evenly over the meringue. From one end, start rolling the meringue with the help of the baking paper underneath (sprinkled powdered sugar will help keep the meringue from sticking to the paper).

Refrigerate the roll for at least 45 minutes. If necessary, powder it with a little more powdered sugar, before cutting it into slices, using a knife with a thin and very sharp blade.

You can garnish the roll slices with one or two fresh, sliced ​​strawberries.

75g butter,
20g yeast,
200ml milk,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 tablespoon sesame seeds,
1 teaspoon basil and rosemary (dried).

2 boiled potatoes,
200g sausages,
1 leek thread (white part),
2 mushrooms,
1 red bell pepper,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
200g cheese,
1 yolk pt. anointed on top.

1. Mix the yeast with two tablespoons of flour, two tablespoons of milk and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Mix the mayonnaise with the rest of the flour, butter, salt, milk and knead a homogeneous dough.
At the end, add basil, rosemary, egg whites and let rise for 20 minutes.

During this time, slice the sausage and fry it a little in a fat-free pan

2. Cut the leeks into rounds and cook them together with the diced bell pepper and finely chopped mushrooms.

Add salt and pepper to taste. After the vegetables cool, add the cheese and diced potatoes.

3. Spread the dough in a thicker sheet, place the filling in the middle of the sheet,

put a few basil leaves and roll the sheet.

4. Place the pie in a greased and lined tray. Grease the pie with beaten egg yolk with a tablespoon of water, sprinkle with sesame seeds

And because I thought it was too much dough, I also put in my only cocota, purchased from Cluj, a small pie -)

Put in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

You need a large, well-sharpened knife.

In a bowl, put some olive oil, roll..and next to it, tomato and onion cut into 4-5 pieces, sliced ​​garlic, and green sprigs.
Place in the preheated oven at 250 ° C. Allow to brown (10-15 min.), Then turn to the other side, leave to brown again (10-15 min.). Pour the hot soup over. Now leave it for about half an hour. Sprinkle the roll from time to time with the bottom of the tray. At the end add the wine, then leave for another 10-15 minutes (time divided - on one side, then on the other)

Remove the roll, place in a bowl, cover, and keep warm. Remove the rosemary sprigs, if they have a woody stem. If it is a young rosemary branch, leave it in the sauce. mix mixer. Put it on low heat for 1-2 minutes, adding some cream (to taste) and mixing well.

Daily recipes

For starters we need 6 bowls, 3 large and 3 small + 3 tablespoons.
We separate the eggs, we put the egg whites in the big bowls, 2 in each bowl, and the yolks in the small bowls, also 2 in each bowl.

Put the tray in the preheated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes, then turn it over on a damp towel and roll it, leave it like this until it cools completely.

Meanwhile, make the filling: mix the cream cheese with the cream until well blended both ingredients (or as the case may be if you want to add dill or salt if the cream cheese is not salty).

We open the roll easily, fill it with the obtained cream and roll it again. We wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge until ready to serve!

  • 1 Chinese cabbage (medium size)
  • 4 eggs

Method of preparation

Cut the cabbage into large pieces, broccoli into small bunches, the baby carrot into 3 pieces each and the green part of the onion into medium pieces.
Finely chop the ginger and garlic and mix them in a bowl with the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
Put all the vegetables (except onions) together with the noodles, in boiling salted water. Let them boil for 3 minutes.
Remove the vegetables and noodles from the pot, drain and place in the dressing bowl, along with the black sesame and green onions.
Boil eggs for 4 minutes, after which the water starts to boil.
Put the mixture on a plate and place the cleaned and split egg in half on top. You can optionally add spicy sauce.
