Cauliflower cream soup

We clean and wash the vegetables, then we boil them in salted water until the fork penetrates easily into the cauliflower bunches.

Drain the water in which we boiled the vegetables in a separate bowl, then mix the vegetables with a blender until you get a paste the consistency of a puree.

Add the corn oil and pour a little water from the one I strained earlier and kept it to dilute the vegetable puree.

Water is added according to everyone's taste, some prefer more liquid cream soup, others more consistent.

Taste, season with salt and ground pepper and serve.

When serving, drizzle a little corn oil on the plate, sprinkle with colored peppercorns and freshly chopped greens.

  1. Unwrap very small bunches of cauliflower.
  2. Finely chop the onion. Cut the carrots into thin slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot and cook the vegetables over low heat until soft.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika and mix in the oil in the pot. Add the cumin seeds.
  4. Add the bunches of cauliflower and cover with 1.5 l of water and salt.
  5. Bring the contents of the pot to a boil, turn the heat to low and cook with the pot covered until the cauliflower is well cooked.
  6. Put them all in a robot, squeezed very well with water. Mix until a cream is formed. Add sour cream mixed with 1 tablespoon of hot soup and mix until you have a very fine puree. Finally add the parsley.

Cauliflower cream soup

Ingredient:
1 cauliflower (if you want, you can use broccoli and be at least as delicious)
1 celery root
1 carrot
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 teaspoon ground cumin
pepper to taste
a few parsley leaves

Like other cruciferous vegetables, cauliflower is important in the diet, preventing cancer, protecting the liver and strengthening the immune system. Cauliflower cream soup is consistent and delicious!

Unwrap the cauliflower in the bouquets and place them in a larger saucepan. Slice the celery, carrot, onion and garlic and add them to the pan. Season to taste and simmer until vegetables are soft.

Allow to cool before blending. If the soup seems too thick, add a little of the water in which the vegetables were boiled. Garnish with parsley.

Cauliflower cream soup with bacon and nuts

I really have emotions & # 8230 that's why I didn't get such beautiful pictures either :). I finally have the camera! And that's thanks to a special person who visited my blog & # 8230 if it wasn't a month before I managed to buy a camera. Ana Maria, thank you from the bottom of my heart :).
And now I'm back to the recipe. As long as I didn't post, I gathered a lot. From all of them, I said to try a soup. I admit that I only ate cream soup twice, from where in Transylvania cream soup :) I expected it to be so good. I took the recipe from here with small modifications.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 little cauliflower (300 g)
1 small onion
2 tablespoons sour cream
25 g butter
little kaizer (about 100 g)
200 ml of milk
4 nuts
salt pepper
1 tablespoon grated flour (optional)
little parmesan (you can use cheese, cottage cheese)

Boil the dissolved cauliflower in water with a little salt. We take it out, keep a glass of liquid, throw away the rest. Fry the kaizer cut into small pieces in a pan (no oil, only in the fat it leaves) then take it out and set it aside. We make mashed cauliflower (I used the blender). Separately fry the chopped onion as small as possible in a little oil. Add the mashed cauliflower, the preserved liquid, the milk in which we dissolved the flour, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Put the soup on the plate, on top the pieces of fried kaizer, ground walnuts and a little Parmesan (I put grated cheese). Serve with toast.
