Fill each potato with the mixture obtained and put it in the oven for another 30 minutes.

These baked potatoes can be filled with various mixtures of vegetables prepared in advance, thus being suitable during fasting.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Wash and rub the potato peel with a cloth until clean. Prick each potato with a fork a few times to allow the steam to come out of the vegetables while they are cooking. Dry each potato slightly in a clean towel.

TIP: if you use very large potatoes for baking, leave them in the oven longer, at least another half hour, because they are harder to penetrate. You can use table salt, coarse salt and sea salt (fine).
